Avatar Help- I stole mine
I finally got an avatar to work, but I had to steal it from another boardmember.
Can I resize jpegs myself, or do I need special software?

I use http://www.webshots.com
You upload your pic to their site and when the image appears, just right click and save it back to your computer. Its the right size without problems...

I don't get it.. Nothing is moving!.. Everywhere else I go the gifs work ok. Here.. Nuttin.. Just still pictures...
Anyone have any ideas on why that might be?
