'72 no lights????

I have no parking lights front,sides,or back.
no tail lights, no dash lights,no dome light.
no currrent to either side of pnl lights fuse.

All fuses good, replaced light switch. Head lights work (both dims & brights)
turn signals work(both front and back)also turn signal side markers work. Hazard flashers all work.

Replaced all grounds, 2 valve cover to fire wall, battery block ground to frame, front inside fender well to frame, cab body to frame, back box support to frame.

What am I missing?

Does the headlight switch have a good ground to the dashboard? I went through this problem only to realize my switch was dangling under the dash as I tried figuring out my problem LOL

Or possibly a bad turn signal switch/turn signal switch wiring. A lot of the circuits flow through it.

I'm confused what you mean by "battery block"? There is a terminal on the passenger side fender, but that is for hot wire locations, and not grounds.

Light switch is mounted in dash with star washer and retaining collar.
Battery Block, I attached an extra ground (4ga.) from engine block, at the same point as neg. cable from battery to the engine block, to front frame rail.
I read in another post you could not have to many grounds!

I will try to center my attention to the turn signal switch area?
I must admit, I am much better at reading a Rand Mcnally road map, then a wiring diagram.

I think my new light switch I purchased from local NAPA store is no good!
When I put an ohm meter to it I only get a positive reading on the head lamp post just like my old one, when knob pulled out. When pulled out part way for parking lights nothing.

That is what I did today!

you can verify that diagnosis by jumpering the hot wire to your headlamp switch to the park lamp wire and then see if they're lit. if so, the switch, she's a no good for you!

make sure your grounds are good under the hood on the core support. Also check your high beam switch as it can cause this issue too.

I have got all my lights!
Not completely sure what fixed them?
Returned my bad new switch to my NAPA store. They did not have another one so had to wait a day until new one came in.
During that time I ran a ground from neg. side of battery to radiator core support. Took air hose to fuse panel, as looked plenty dusty.
Installed replacement light switch, Ta Da I got lights.
