Re: Custom emblem....
Ok, I hope this makes sense. These measurements are as close as I could get them using a measuring tape on a 3D piece. But I would bet they are good enough to fit in the indent. These are from a 91 Suburban grill.
Center width: 2 1/2" Center height: 2 5/8" Short side length: 2" Long side length: 2 1/2" Side height: 1 5/16" Center beyond sides: 5/16" Here is my picture of it. Hope it shows up well.

Re: Custom emblem....
You are not the only one. I though of the movie "XXX" with Vin Diesel till he said confederate flag. But I guess if we were in the south we may have seen the flag first.

Re: Custom emblem....
Me, too. If it had stars it would have popped in my head as confederate flag.

Re: Custom emblem....
I see that too.....the over all height is 2 5/8", but the dimensions for the arms (1 5/16") plus the two 5/16" dimensions add up to 1 15/16" overall.....

Re: Custom emblem....
My emblems arms are 1 3/4" tall and the tallest part of my emblem is 3 1/8" tall and mine came from a 81-87 Burban.

This is the kind of thing I do every day. If you need a more complex file, I can produce an STL. and email it for you to mill.

Re: Custom emblem....
I don't know what happened last night, sorry. I re looked it tonight. The center beyond the sides is just about 11/16". That will bring the totals in line. Sorry again man. That should work better for you.

Re: Custom emblem....
man if we could only find someone that makes the silverado fender emblems out of billit it would be bad ass. I hate the face that they sell the plastic ones for so much.
