Never liked how my exhaust is routed, any advice?

See pic below. In 2008 the original exhaust was tossed for true dual flow master super 44's however is you see the exhaust pipes always looked low and not hidden to me. Is this the best you can do due to rear tire etc mounting? Just doesn't look good imo. looks low also. Never been pleased. How are you guys routed?

Probably had to do that to miss the bumper, and for flow. Options are to reroute to the side, or scotchbrite the tubes and spray with flat black BBQ paint I'm thinking.

Mine had rear exit pipes when I got it. Like you, I was not liking it that way. So I cut them off and made side exiting exhaust for it.
Also hated the step bumper on a stepside too.

Yeah I have plans for a roll pan too. I just need to figure out if my hitch will clear it or I can work around it.
