Can anyone tell me what this bracket is?
Is there supposed to be one on each side or just driver side like this picture shows.

I found this picture from another frame that is the same as Sean's, there are holes in the frame in same spot on passenger side but not bracket like this one.

Sean's truck seems to be steering strange, like wheels not wanting to center when a bump hit and when you correct it seems to over correct. Something seems wrong and we can't figure it out.

Tried different toe settings nothing seems to work.
