Re: Halo headlights

7" is 7" so they should work in a Chevy. I was looking for something similar for my GMC but no luck so far. I personally think they look very cool.

Re: Halo headlights

You might have to change the harness out to carry the required current. I'll let others chime in because I could be wrong.

Re: Halo headlights

I always thought those halos would look out of place on these trucks, but after seeing that, I may have to rethink that. Those actually look good on there.

Aren't the GMC headlights 5 3/4"? I just did a quick search on Ebay and found some if so.

Hey, when I was younger and lived up there before NAFTA, if you ordered a $100 intake manifold from Summit, you had:

$20 Duty
$15 Brokerage Fees
$30 Shipping

So now you're at $165. But the dollar was only $0.69 then, so now you'd be at $240. Then you had to add:

$22 PST
$17 GST

So you'd be at about $279 for the intake. Basic rule of thumb was if you saw something in a US catalog, it'd be 2-3X the price before you got it to your door in Canada.

We always envied you guys and how cheap it was to buy parts down here!

Now that I'm down here I just click "1-Click Checkout" on Amazon and get it in two days with free shipping :-)

Re: Halo headlights

Since this topic was brought back up, who sells kits to do this now? I would be interested in this look I had an idea for some show lighting. I wanted to do almost a Christine grille glow.
