At least it comes out the front!
Pulled a motor out of a ford van once. We had to take it out the side door.

I thought that's how you pulled the engine from any van....

I had the pleasure of doing a few 300 sixers in Grumman bodied E350 chassis. They came out the dog house but only after stripping the block almost bare.

We can put injectors in the bus with 7.3 TG ford used up all the 7.3s on these cutaways we got 20 of them. This is the only 6.0 we got. Oh well job security! I can have that 250 six out my c10 in a couple hours. easy looking fwd to 350 2 weeks.

That van is bad, but the newer Ford trucks are even worse. Here's the engine removal sequence:
1. Remove cab
2. Remove engine

I love Ford diesels, that's how I pay for my chevy. lol. I just did a 6.4l truck to limo bus conversion that would not allow a cab removal for an engine r/r. I had to take the old engine half apart to remove it and do the same for the new reman engine. I feel your pain. At least I am not the only one.
