??? Wheel offset and size for s10 swaps

Doing a 49 AD on an s10, I currently have Iroc 15" wheels and can see them almost touching the front tie rods/a arm.

I have the opportunity to pick up some Camaro staggered wheels 20" but I know the offset is too deep and I'd have to run spacers.

I also have the chance to pick up some 22"- 5x120 wheels off a 96 suburban but don't know the offset.

Can anyone tell me the max size wheel and a general offset size I should look for?
