Nice truck but looks like someone put in a different transmission in the past, or at least just a newer shift handle. I noticed it's got a '73 and newer shift handle and not the correct one for our trucks.

Tranny shifter looks exactly like mine. Maybe an sm465

Not sure how many different trannies came with that type of shift lever. I would assume that it's a later model tranny since it appears he put a later model engine in her.

Wasn't the invader engines original? Looks about right to me.

The price looks pretty nice right now at 1600.

Could be. I'm not sure when chevy introduced the 350. It may very well be original.

Chevrolet came out with the 350 in 1967 for there new Camaro.
Our trucks did not get it till 1969.
GMC did the Invader name on there motors.

350 started in trucks in 69, and i think camaros in 67.
