Appears to be stock height. Front springs are typically flat or slight negative arch like yours. Also, the springs tend to sag over the years so your truck may be sitting just a bit lower than when it was new. There should be a rubber bump stop -- it may be there but I don't see it in the pic. The knee-banger is a trailer brake controller. If you won't be towing anything heavy, it can be removed.
