'69-'87 should be the same. Any autoparts store should be able to fix you up. A lot of the packages say '73 and up, but that's what I used on my '69.
You will have to add the circuit for the brakes. I did this on my '70 GMC using the no cut and then adding circuit breakers by the battery to a 10 ga wire run the length of the truck wiring as directed on the brake controller.
