Vintage Air help- anyone have prefabbed hoses?
I bought a never installed VA set up a while back. I have everything mounted up. It just has the hose ends (ill have to have them crimped on to rubber lines). Before i give VA a call, can anyone tell me if they biught their kits with premade hoses, or if they had to take their ends and have them crimped onto hoses?

I had to have mine crimped. I just got it all mocked up and then used a sharpie to draw a line across both so the person crimping would know where to line it up. Or you can buy a crimper.

Same here. Marked them then took them to local automotive store and had them crimped.

Marked mine.
Sent them to VA for crimping...which they did "no charge". Had 'em back in a couple of days.

I measured mine and marked them and took to a local NAPA store that had a crimper and it cost me $10 and about 5 minutes- works fine.
