Please give your opinion!

I want to hide as much stuff under the hood as possible without going crazy. Since I put the 73-87 front end under my 68 frame, I already had the prop valve on the front cross member. Ultimately I want to run the brake lines from the master to the prop valve nice and neat as well as completely out of the way. My plan is to put some braided flex lines somewhere between the cab and frame. I played around with a few different places before I finally settled on this location for the prop valve. I spent the afternoon mocking up some lines to see how it would turn out. I like it, I'm just uncertain as to whether or not I will have problems with where I put them. Do you guys see any potential problems with this? I'll clean the bends up make everything symmetrical if you guys think this will work. Thanks!!

Re: Please give your opinion!

Looks OK so far. I would ad line clamps to it so it has no chance of rubbing where it runs close to the nuts and bolts. You may have to do one last check with the engine and headers in it to see where they come down.

Re: Please give your opinion!

Thanks for the help! I bought a 10pk of cheap rubber lined aluminum clamps Amazon.com: Allstar Performance ALL18300... Amazon.com: Allstar Performance ALL18300... , but have decided against them. They are a little to light duty. Since I'm using the soft nicop line, I'd really like to use a rubber clamp of some sort, any ideas?

Re: Please give your opinion!

I have used those same ones on race cars for years and they work great. They will work fine on your truck.

Re: Please give your opinion!

Thanks for the help! I thought that the clamps were a little too flimsy, but I haven't really messed with them after first inspection.

Re: Please give your opinion!

Well thats good news, as I am having a hard time finding anything different. I suppose I'll start flaring the lines and bending them up so I can get them mounted. I appreciate the advice!
