Freeze Plugs

Noticed coolant leaking from my 78 Blazer. Not a huge drip but dripping nun the less. Got under it and it appears to be from the front freeze plug on the drivers side. The one that is under the motor mount. Anybody tried changing this on the vehicle. I know that this is not the best situation but I don't have any place to take the motor out. Just got to get it running to sell.
