Re: grave yard all for sale

Yes sir he is. I wished I met him years back
Funny thing I drove past his place for a good 5 yrs
I would look coming and going from work
And I would see something different every time.
So one day I stopped to find some ass swindled out
Of 2.5acres and all that was parked on it for $7,000
The guy tricked him into thinking he was loaning him
Money to help pay taxes with his deed as calateral
Then he switched the property into his name by getting him to sign what
He thought was loan papers and canceld
The check. I hope god has plans for the likes

There is a special place in hell for individuals who pull that kind of stunt.

I hope these great rides get bought to help the Old Gent out! Those Marlins do look mid-sixties. If you can post a pic of the V-6 GMC hauler, that would be great. It may be of interest on this site in the link below but pics and pricing would help immensely. This site caters to the GMC V-6 folks.

Guy tried to do the same to my Dad. He came by to give him a bid for yard maintenance with a bunch of forms. One was a Quit Claim Deed to "guarantee payment". Dad called me while the guy was standing there, I told him not to sign anything and get the guys license number. He then handed the phone to the guy, I told him we had his information and cops were on the way. He dropped the phone and left immediately. Turned over the info to the detectives, never heard anything else.

Re: grave yard all for sale

Went out to California to close my parent's house down after they both went into nursing homes.
Found that a contractor "friend" of my dad's had traded labor and materials to close in a breezeway for my old man's gun collection. The way I figured it the guy made about 3 times what the labor and materials cost on the gun collection. Probably 15 rifles and at least 16 handguns. Glad he didn't get the 1911 or my Savage .22 that I was given on my 10th Bday.
