4L60E question
When I purchased my trans. it had no cooling line fittings, so I purchased a pair of GM fittings for push-in cooling lines. The question is, do these fittings just screw into the trans. as is, or is there supposed to be some sort of o-ring/flat seal between the fitting and trans. case? The threaded portion has a sealer on the threads, so I'm wondering if this is the sole means of sealing the fitting. Thanks
