There probably isn't a kit for that as it's such a rare thing. Kits are going to exist for common things in order to make selling the kit worth the trouble.

If your truck is a fleetside, I'd think you could do it yourself.

If/when I do it, I want it to come out the side of my left wheel fender (I have a stepside).
