Hail damage
How do you guys deal with it , my 82 gmc swb was left out over the weekend while I was gone and it hailed my hood got a few bumps but some on the roof top . I'm not worried about the hood I can replace that but how do all of you go about the rooftop or should I not worry about it since I'm done restoring it and using it as a daily .

Re: Hail damage
I've seen the painless dent places fix that kinda stuff. Maybe take a look how they do it on YouTube?

Re: Hail damage
I would wait till a good HOT day and put truck in the hot sun, a small piece of dry ice in the dent will pop it back into shape. You will be able to get 80% + out this way by yourself.

Re: Hail damage
I'd just leave it on the roof and if anyone says anything tell them its speed dimples to make it faster.

Re: Hail damage
I'm with Craig113 on this. A nice hot sunny day, and a lump of dry ice, will fix those little dents every time. Done it more than once.
