2001-2006 Chrysler Sebring. As far as building the brackets, mine were done as a "one-off" fabrication. I would have to pull mine apart to copy a set for you. I'm sure 2-3 hours of labor at least. I would have to charge $120 or more realistically, not sure it's really economical to do it that way, but PM me if you are really set on getting some.
