Looks solid to me. I know most guys back that way will not pay that much but to me it looks like a pretty good deal for a running, driving, truck.
Ditch the flatbed, shorten it up to 115", put a widened step side bed on it, and "Wala", you got Homer's older brother.

looks like a sweet deal on a flatbed and with a vortec 5.7, nice. Bed seems too long for such a low truck though.
