dropped the payment off at the post office today, it will head your way tomorrow. dad and I went to an estate sale out of town afterward and while digging around in an old shed I found what appears to be a 70 K5 passenger side male seatbelt in black with the plastic cover. couldn't find any other pieces to it but comparing it to your picture it looks identical.
