Business name

Hi,
Growing up in northern NJ there was an area with all mini shops that all did different areas of custom race work called Gasoline Alley. It's a name that sticks in your head.

...

Being mexican and growing up in tucson, we didn't have MUCH american influence... but in my eyes, "Joe's Garage" sounds the most "all american."

All we basically had was a guy my dad knew who would do garage work out of his house. =P

Thinking back... His name was probably Jose... (Basically Joe in Spanish)... Jose's Garage!

*got off track, I vote Joe's Garage*
