Help with new wheels

Hi all,
I think I have found the wheels I want, Cragar 69 delux


I am planning on going 15x8 front and 15x10 in the rear. My current setup is 15x10 all around and I like how the back looks but the front sticks out to far for my taste.

If I buy the Cragar's and use the same backspacing for the 15x10 like the ones I already have on they should fit the same correct? For the front I am at a loss, what size tire and what backspacing will:
1) Make the front tire look like the back tire
2) suck the front tire into the wheel well a little more

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

With what you describe you will need a 15x8 with 4in bs and 245/60/15 tire for the front and a 15x10 with 5in bs and 295/50/15 tire for the rear.

If you look at this list of the sizes and back spaces offered on the 69 Deluxe wheel they will stick out like your front wheels do now.

Hey, forgot to mention I have 275/60/15 on now.

Thanks for the reply J Knight, I have read that you can contact cravat and they can make any backspace you want for an extra $15-$20 per wheel. So you think 4 will do it? I am going to measure the backspace of my current setup this weekend.

Yes, 4in bs on the 8in wheels and 5in bs on the 10in wheels.

To keep the tires looking similar on different size wheels, start with the known size & use math from there....

275/25.4 = 10.82 (metric conversion)
10.82/10" = 1.08" of tire per inch of wheel width.

1.08" x 8 = 8.64
8.64 x 25.4 = 219.45 (metric conversion).

Go as close to 220mm on tire width (a 225/70) to get the same 'look'. We would need to know your current back-spacing to recommend something for the new sizes & what you want to achieve.

Ok, the current 15x10 wheels are 3 3/4" backspace but I have no idea about the offset. I think they are the standard 15x10 136 Ventura wheels which the site stated have a -44mm offset.

I already spoke with Cragar and they stated they can be custom ordered from an authorized dealer.

The suggested 15x8 w/4"BS would shift the wheel 2" toward the frame compared to your current set-up. Is 2" the amount you would like to move it or do you want to move it more/less?

This doesn't look at all like a 10in wide wheel, I think its an 8in wide wheel.

But.... with truck ralleys, you only pay the increased price for 2 wheels because 15x8" truck Ralleys are common/OE. You'll pay the premium price for all 4 wheels for your other choices.

wow those look really sharp on your pickup, those are some clean trim rings! now all you need are the spinners. $45 on ebay last time i checked.

as soon as i finish two-toning my 95 i think the SS454/Sport Wheels are getting swapped out for some painted truck rally's.
