Power locks not working on my 97 Silverado
I've done some research and could use a little help diagnosing my power lock issue. Both sides do nothing, when hitting both switches.
My windows work fine off the same switch panels. I even purchased a new switch with the locks switch and both windows for the drivers side since I heard it was a common problem. Checked fuses in the fuse center in the cab and everything looked ok. I have a couple lock actuators from another truck laying around. Plugged them in and they won't work either. Pulled the relay down from under the dash and went to autozone and bought a replacement. Got home and it's got a completely different connector than the one I pulled under the steering column. If anyone can help, with wire colors and what they do I can use a test light to check things out. I've fixed everything on the truck so far but can't figure this out! |

Are you getting any voltage to the switches?
