Power locks not working on my 97 Silverado

I've done some research and could use a little help diagnosing my power lock issue. Both sides do nothing, when hitting both switches.

My windows work fine off the same switch panels. I even purchased a new switch with the locks switch and both windows for the drivers side since I heard it was a common problem.

Checked fuses in the fuse center in the cab and everything looked ok.

I have a couple lock actuators from another truck laying around. Plugged them in and they won't work either.

Pulled the relay down from under the dash and went to autozone and bought a replacement. Got home and it's got a completely different connector than the one I pulled under the steering column.

If anyone can help, with wire colors and what they do I can use a test light to check things out. I've fixed everything on the truck so far but can't figure this out!

Are you getting any voltage to the switches?

Pulled the switch panel, I'm getting 12 volts to the orange wire that goes into the switch panel behind the lock switch. When I press the lock button i get a 12 volt pulse on the blue wire...
