Retired 1969 K20 Fire Truck

Just looking for opinions on the value of this retired grass fire truck. It is a 1969 K20 with 350 4-speed, power brakes, power steering, PTO, dual spotlights, and no-spin axle. 16000 original miles. Interior is mint. Forgot to get picture of the SPID. Little to no rust. Came as a single rear wheel and the fire department added the dual rear wheels. They have owned it since 1979.
