Fixing my AC in suburban
Just wanted some information on my planned work. I want to fix my AC and am planning on doing it myself. I'm going to get a manifold set and vacuum pump, something I've been wanted to do for a while.
It's a 1996 and is definitely running R134a. Anyway, the compressor is bad so I'm planning on replacing the dryer/accumulator, and orifice tube at the same time along with any seals that I come across or think could be dried out. I know the system has been inop for at least 2 years. Do I need to do anything for the rear AC? Is there a separate valve or anything that needs to be changed? Thanks!
