I have a whole set like that holding my frame off the ground. They are cheap, and work great for all kinds of light-duty jobs, including camper leveling. I also use them under my trailer when it's not connected to the truck, so I can step up in it without it tilting.
They work fine for holding up a lawn tractor, etc. I have a set of big heavy duty types for holding a vehicle or anything really heavy off the ground.
