Question Locating Stepside step bolts

I am restoring a 67 short wheel base stepside chevy, I need to find the 2 bolts that go in from top of each step. They are the 1/4"round headed bolts sort of like elevator bolts but round headed. can anyone tell me where to buy 4 of these bolts?

Ace has bolts but the head is to small, it needs to be 1/4" bolt with 7/8" head. I cant find them at fastenal, ace, lowes , or internet. But I am sure they are out there, I just need to locate them.

I looked on the Bolt Depot .com They have large flat head elevator bolts starting at 3/4 in long in a 1/4 x 20 they are flat topped. Nobody seems to show head size but I googled large headed carriage bolts.

OK thanks, I saw them too. I think the ones I am hunting are called short shoulder carriage bolts. They have them also but cant get the head diameter large enough.

I get a lot of my hardware from here:

http://www.mcmaster.com

They have a good selection, they usually have all the dimensions you need to get what you want, they ship fast, and they've never messed up my order.

Yeah - I wanted 316 stainless, so that's why I went there.

Classic or Truckandcarshop.com They sell the whole kit in chrome or stainless. I bought one but can't remember which one right now.
