I need a brake pedal support sleeve and don't know where to find one.

Check the parts board here. Lots of trucks being parted out all the time. Guarantee someone will have one. Just ask in one of the threads parting out.
You could also post a Wanted to Buy thread there, but you have to be a paid member to do that.
