maximize caster from disc brake conversion

Lots of caster threads, but couldn't find this. Maybe we can compile the info here?

As we swap parts around to do our Daily Driver disc brake conversions, is there a combo we can assemble that would give the most caster? I've read the threads about moving the control arms forward and back, but I'm wondering if there's a combo of OE 67-70, 71-72, 73-87 arms, subframes, etc., that would be the best start? Include swapping parts from side to side.

I'd like the thread to generally apply to our trucks, but mine is a 1970 C10.

Re: maximize caster from disc brake conversion

All the trucks from 1963 to I think 1987 are all the same basic set up...........Very little changes like ball joints and u bolt sizes on the control arms
