I would probably get a fuel hose line and shove it over the end of the supply line and turn the switch on. The electic pump should come on and pump in the run posistion. Just run it into a gallon jug to catch everything.

If you have doubts about the foam, call the manufacturer and ask them about pulling it out, first. Like I said I haven't pulled any out before.

You might want to take a look at the factory fuel lines (whatever's left after all the mods you've done). If there was water in the system it might have caused them to rust on the inside, possibly clogging them.

Good idea rock. Never thought about that. Could be if it did rust some of it may be turning loose and pluging things up.

Anyway, if you still have the fuel pump running through the oil pressure switch like you SHOULD (read: better have for safety), the fuel pump won't run but a few seconds and then quit if the engine isn't running. But, it will run long enough to see if fuel comes out of the line. Just mentioning this in case you see it stop and panic.

Yeah, run a rubber hose on the hard line and stick it in a clear jar or a can to catch the gas.
