Need Tires and Rims - Also First Post w/Picture

I picked up this 1963 C10 last year in Manti, UT. Had a guy up there put the trim on and finish the bed, story of the truck later. Finally got it home to CA a couple weeks ago and the right front tire tread peeled off so I need to find some cheap temporary tires on rims. Are all 6 hole Chevy rims the same fit? Can I find some late model stuff on Craigs list to use for now or are they a different fit?

Also, it has brand new 2" lowering springs on it that I do not like at all. Need help finding stock springs and will sell or trade these.

If it has the OEM drum brakes anything will fit. If you have disc brakes you need 72 and newer rims.

Sweet truck!

With the OEM drum brakes that really gives me lots of options.

Whole bunch like this on Craigs List

Re: Need Tires and Rims - Also First Post w/Picture

Why do the wheel charts I find skip the 1963 to 1966 1/2 ton trucks?
http://www.wheelsupport.com/chevrolet-gmc-bolt-pattern/

It looks looks the 1/2 ton 2x4's have a 5 lug pattern but my 1963 C10 has 6 lugs.

Anybody have a complete chart?
