It looks like you cut out the fins and put the sheet metal on top of it and tacked it.. Im gonna have to weld the wiper cut outs onto the sheet metal. im just hoping i can get the shape in it right..it looks like the sheet metal should be curved? or is that just me lol

Here are a few more pics.
There is a slight dip on the very ends but the rest is flat on mine. When I got to the ends I massaged the ends to fit the dip. It didn't take much with a body hammer.
When the louvers are cut out the top is rolled down. I cut my filler piece to fit down very slightly into that rolled down portion.

Cameron, sent you a pm will get that out to you. I dont have any hinges they went with the doors I had. got lots of rear fenders if you r making your own tubs!
