new beginnings
First time posting and really like the site.Just starting on my 9th project
and looking forward to using all the new parts I've been accumulating since the Portland swap meet. She's a 1969 big block with a/c cab and my first longbed. She's rough but I see loads of potential. I enjoy reading all the posts and seeing what other truck lovers are up to. And thanks to DLTruck1973 for the much needed parts! |

Re: new beginnings
Awesome! '69 Big Block what more could you want. You're about four hours east of me. It's almost like another state out there "Eastern Oregon" I'll ride on my Kawa ZRX out there to Spray, John Day Baker...I'm subscribed to your project. Enjoy that bad boy.

Re: new beginnings
Heres an update all Its been hotter than hell here and a sweatbox working in it.But I'm making progress. It just seems I keep opening up more cans of worms.Going to start getting the frame ready for clean up and coating, then on to what seems like a mountain of body work.
I got the rocker panels off and found more rust to delete.Part of the game though.Could be worse, could be a ford lol. |
