I am looking at the (PERA) Production Engine Remanufactures Association common numbering parts catagog for passenger car and truck engines and it lists Block casting # 3932388 as a 1976-1968 350 in the passenger car section. Hope this helps.

From nastyz28.com:

1965 HO 327 Powerglide 300 4 Vette
1969 HO 350 - 300 4 B

1969 3932388 302 290 290 4 Z28
1969 3932388 350 300 300 4 cars

Which would make it a '69 350.
