Wiring question

Hello all,

I'm looking for thoughts on this wiring picture I made. I made this in paint to show kinda what i have going on right now, I've also attached the original diagram for reference.

1. Does the wiring look right?
2. What can I do with the brown wire that use to attach to the voltage regulator?
3. what can I do with the black wire that use to be fused with the red to the voltage regulator and AC? These are the two wires at the bottom of the diagram.
