Help identifying PO holes.

Any ideas what the PO had mounted in these holes? They are in both stakes.

Maybe the holes are for a set of 38 Ford tail light assemblies?

looks like after market lights to me too

Yep, aftermarket lights for sure....but those holes were drilled pretty well for PO. lol
