Re: What do you use on your windows?
I use this stuff, my father in law is in the glass business and turned me on to it. I buy it buy the 24 pack case now. I use to run a mobile detailing business and this is by far the best glass cleaner i've used.
I think use glass specific microfiber cloths that don't lint.

Re: What do you use on your windows?
I did buy some invisible glass in the spray can. It worked for a little while. I wasn't really impressed. But it was better than what I've used in the past. Thanks for all the help.

Re: What do you use on your windows?
Rusty 76, i live in the salty north and the glass on the outside gets what the industry calls rail dust. It's actually the snow plow's scrapper blade wearing down and leaving metal filings on the road. I can run my fingernails over it in the spring and can tell if it's there or not ( it's always present). I clay bar my whole car, trim and all and looks fantastic, especially the glass. I then use a paint sealant like wizards and the sheeting action last for a while. I also use rain-x orange washer solution and can tell where on the cat it spatters when i hose my car off in the winter. Oh, a friend retired from the county road commission (managed the snow plows) said he never takes hi old gto out until it has rained 3 times in spring first, to wash off the brown tint (rusty metal filings) from the roads. Once he told me that i noted the brown tinge in spring. Clay bar and paint sealant are the easiest products to use and give the nicest results

Re: What do you use on your windows?
Thanks I'll give it a whirl. This thing has given me a fit. But I know I'm on the right track.

Re: What do you use on your windows?
I recently bought the Stoner Invisible Glass Cleaner on Amazon and use Zwipes microfiber cleaning clothes to wipe my truck's windows and windshield. Works great!

Re: What do you use on your windows?
I use Invisible Glass. If i don't have a bottle it's usually just liquid soap, water, and microfiber cloth.

Re: What do you use on your windows?
If your windows are really dirty (smoke stains etc) and there is no tint then use 0000 steel wool and any kind of dish soap to get them clean. No it will not scratch the glass! Once they are clean, use nothing but water and a bar towel.
