Dealership bumpers / personilized

So a bunch of us are building farm trucks/ patina rides. And many of them have no branded steel bumpers. I'm pretty sure I can make personalized rear weld on dlr name plates. For example. Mind would be Wood Chevrolet on the left and Katy Texas on the right. I've got a CNc plasma cutter in the garage. Would this be something y'all would buy and if so how much. It would be a small gauge plate you would have to weld onto your own farm bumper. My picture has dlr name in that bumper.

I don't see any call for them at all ? If someone was going so far as to build an original truck the last thing they would do is add a weld on plate .Sorry I just don't see any interest at all ?

I think it could be a cool conversation starter if the truck already had that feature, and I would not remove it, however I personally would not go looking to purchase that feature for a truck that didn't have it.
I used to own a '67 GMC 3/4 ton that hailed from Texas. It had one of those advertisement/dealer bumpers and it was cool. The truck was one color, but had its fair share of bends and bumps. That bumper just helped the coolness factor and it fit that trucks personality.

Re: Dealership bumpers / personilized

I have a bumper from the original dealer on my truck. I am going to pull it off and put a painted stepside bumper on it if I ever come across one for sale. I wil hold onto the bumper though. It's a neat conversation piece. I don't know if I would go out of my way to install that though.
