1967 LWB Fleetside Bed For Sale $400

Willing to look at offers...but please be realistic

I'm helping my Father-in-Law clear out some of his parts trucks and various parts. This bed is in Dallas and is ready for pick-up.

There are 40-some odd photos in the link below:

This is a good bed for your project and has potential.

The good-its a fairly straight wood floor (no wood left) fleetside bed that was equipped with stainless. The tailgate and wheel tubs are very good too.

The bad-Unfortunately it got stored upside down-you know how it goes...things get forgotten when you have a yard full of trucks. The upper edges of the rails have some rust holes (some pinhole, some pencil eraser size or smaller)...the top seems pretty darn solid, but I'm a person that would rather be as honest as possible. Underpromise, overdeliver! Additionally, a couple of the bolt holes for the bed strips got ripped through (I'm guessing someone tried to stand on them at some point in their life or something and the same goes for a hole on the wheel tub.

Consider the bedside trim to be usable if you have to use it...but it does have some screws in it.

For those of you wanting a 67 lwb bed...this one is in pretty darn good shape. If it were a short bed, I'd be finding a way to spirit it away just in case I ever got tired of my stepside bed.

As I have time to help him get things out and sorted...I'll post anything that might be of interest. Most of his stuff is 47-54, but there are some 67-72 burbs around.

I live just north of Dallas and am looking for a long bad.

I couldn't view any of the photos to the link provided.

Would like to see photos of the condition of the bed.

nevermind, for some reason the link provided worked the second time.

Am considering this. Is the tailgate included?

Re: 1967 LWB Fleetside Bed For Sale $400

The tailgate can included for an extra $100 above the price agreed upon on the bed-since it is near perfect he would usually want $200 for it alone and it is near perfect. I just want to help him get it moved out and got him to agree to include it for $100.

If you're interested in taking a look at it in person and finalizing the negotiation, shoot me a PM and I'll get you his phone number so you two can set up a time.

It really is a good bed for someone and I hate to see it sitting. The rust is probably a lot better than I stated, but as I said, I'd rather underpromise and have someone pleasantly surprised versus having them disappointed.
