Working on the carpet fitting. made a template but found it only worked to identify problem areas. Cut is wide and lined up the part across the brace and taped it. Then started on the passenger side add slowly nipped and tucked around the speaker pod, AC, and shifter. Wanted to see if it would lay over the hump, it does not, which is ok. Then fit around the gas pedal, steering column cover and speaker pod on other side. Will trim the step sides last. Also decided to make a panel to put in front of the fuse panel to hide the wiring and brake cable.
