Right now your truck would be a "one of a kind" standout at any car show. Modified it would be one of many bellybutton modified trucks at any car show.
I would leave it as-is, but its your truck. My bet is that it gets more looks in its current configuration than it will cut up and modified. Sell it to me before you change it...Ha
