One Man Brake Bleeding

I want to share one good cheap way to bleed the brakes alone. When I am done I hold down the plastic tube against the bleeder screw so it won't fall off while closing it. This works well because the brake fluid won't travel the whole loop by itself and the air is prevented from going back into the caliper.Name: IMG_5677,1.jpg

so you open up the bleeder with your tube and go in the truck and pump the brakes and then go back and tighten bleeder ?

Yes that is correct. It has it down sides though. It is messy and the hose circle has to be in an upright position to work. And it is prone to fall off. Actually the method with a jar half full of fluid and a tube down into the brake fluid might work better. I just did some research online and I've got to try that one next time instead.

I've seen the pump up kits, but it'd be nice if there was a kit you could hook up to your air compressor (w/regulator on it to keep it to a few psi) then plump in clean fluid, then bleed as usual.

I in the past have put speed bleeder valves on each corner then made a pressure bleeder out of a new garden sprayer filled with new fluid and pump it through from the master cylinder and was done
