The trucks that they originally came on had disc brakes so, as long as your not using bigger brakes, they should work.

They will 100% fit up front! The rear is another story if you have drum brakes. Measure the center hub to confirm.

Those wheels will fit front and rear no problem. The 6 lug rally wheels used to be a very common wheel to use on the '60-'70 C10 trucks.
