Found this for sale in my home town.
Found this for sale in my home town at the local Chevy dealer. They sold it brand new then bought it back from the original owner restored it now it's back up for sale. It's a 63 stepside long bed. Pretty nice shape! Don't know the price as they were closed when I took the picture. Might go back and ask on Monday.

LWB stepsides aren't very desirable, but it is real good looking in the pic. I'd get under it and see if the bottom looks like the rest. Things rust bad in that part of the country and it may start falling apart in a year.

That's cool story to go with that truck, would be cool to get one from original dealer.
I'm sure price will be way up there though. I might be minority but I love a long bed. Hooligan

Re: Found this for sale in my home town.
Wasn't able to get pictures yesterday but I called the dealership today and they are asking $18,000 for it. I have a feeling they would take less though. If anybody is interested it's at Hornbeck Chevrolet in Forest City PA. Will still try and get more pictures if it's still sitting out this afternoon.

Re: Found this for sale in my home town.
What drivetrain does it have? If its a bone stock truck then $18,000 wouldn't be to bad a price!

Re: Found this for sale in my home town.
It's stock for sure just not sure what it has for an engine. I know it's a 3 spd on the column and the truck only has 52,000 miles on it. Didn't want to pop the hood with the dealership being closed. Will try and get back there this afternoon and find out more about it.
