Re: Get it quick!
Oh wow...."lien" on it. I guess it was stored and never picked up.
If I was in a better position...didn't still have my truck halfway through its "soft restoration" I'd call and make arrangements to go over there. Thanks for posting, hopefully some member here can get her. For the heck of it, I had a look. I can have it shipped, sight unseen, to me for about $900.00. I couldn't get an estimate from Uhaul on me towing it back but the shipping method is going to be a lot cheaper......Hmmmm. LOL. Just for giggles. I am not going to buy this but it's neat to see how easily I could if I wanted. On second thought, I'd rather go out there. Hate to lose money on a fake deal. Re: Get it quick!
Damn didnt notice the lien paperwork. Not really a big deal here in CA though. If I didnt recently spend all my cash on a set of tires this thing would be in my garage. At least it would appreciate instead of the tires just wearing away!

Re: Get it quick!
I'd talk with a lawyer both in my state and CA concerning the lien status. Wouldn't it suck though if the fella that lost the vehicle due to unpaid bills decided to come over and burn the buyer's house down?
Just saying. |
