You can use a combination of common tools, a vice, hammer and crescent wrench to straighten that parking brake lever because it looks to be in decent condition other than it being bent.
I would inspect it for cracks both before and after straightening. |

Thanks for all the info. I could straighten that one end but where the c clip goes to hold it to the shoe is wore off.i could drill a hole in the end and use a small self tapping screw and washer. I'm not hooking up the parking brake cables till a later time
