Alignment for Torsion Suspension

I lowered the front of my 61 Panel about 4 inches, and now the top of the wheels lean in. I have been looking for a diagram of the front suspension, but haven't found one. Does it have alignment shims for the upper arm? Or is there an eccentric somewhere that I can adjust to move the top of the wheels out?

Thanks!

Re: Alignment for Torsion Suspension

You will need to add more alignment shims to the upper arm.

Re: Alignment for Torsion Suspension

I would have an alignment shop do it but it is hard to find one that has any idea what to do on these truck. I think there is a thread on here with instructions on how to do it yourself. If you are any where near LA or Burbank I can recommend a place.

Thanks. I am in OC, so I will probably take it to Glenns in Costa Mesa. He is known as the guy to go to in this area.
