4 speed shifter on a 3 speed
Can you adapt a 4 speed manual shifter to a 3 speed manual trans? I obviously understand it isn't optimal, but i"m curious if it's possible? The H pattern of the 4 speed is the same as the 3, just with the extra reverse. So is it feasible to adapt it/has anyone done it?
thanks |

Re: 4 speed shifter on a 3 speed
Why, when you can buy a Hurst Indy for the 3 speed?

Done it myself! You might need new rods for it and make a bracket to adapt to your tranny. |
