F/S 502 Crate Motor
A guy I work with, has a 502 crate motor, still in the crate he wants to sell. He's asking $5,400 for it. Don't know anything about them. If price is good? What's the big deal? Told him I'd list it for him. If interested, PM your name and phone # and I'll pass it along to him. Thanx.

As I said, I don't know anything about it, other than he told me it was a Chevy 502, still in the crate. If someone wants particular info, send me your name and phone #, and I'll pass it on to him. He won't give out his #, something about his wife being ill and he didn't want her disturbed by a bunch of phone calls?

Actually, he's from down around Franklin/Springboro area. He's been written up in a couple of custom car mags for the work he's done for people in the past. No, he's not a rip-off. The guy knows his stuff. He preferrs to work on flat head F***s, but he'll work on most anything. Right now he's in the middle of a 50 Chevy Coupe. He does like to go to the Hershey,Pa. swap meet.(camps out for the whole meet) And he goes to the swap meet in Springfield alot.
